Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of XDiscourse (the "Service"), operated by Zero Point Studio d.o.o..
1. Account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. We use email-based magic links and Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions and credits
Premium subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Each ad-hoc report consumes one credit. Credit packs do not expire. Premium-included credits expire at the end of the billing period.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls. Do not submit topics designed to elicit defamatory, illegal, or hateful content.
4. Content
Discourse reports are summaries of public X posts with verbatim quotes and source links. We do not own the underlying posts. Quotes appear under fair-use editorial commentary.

6. Disclaimer
XDiscourse provides editorial summaries. We are not financial, medical, or legal advisors. Reports are provided "as is" without warranty.
7. Limitation of liability
XDiscourse's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
9. Cookies
XDiscourse uses a single first-party session cookie
(xdiscourse_session) to keep authenticated users signed in.
We do not use third-party cookies, ad trackers, or analytics tracking
scripts. Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary for the
service to function, we do not display a consent banner — the
ePrivacy Directive does not require consent for cookies that are
strictly necessary for a service the user explicitly requested. See
the Privacy Policy for details.
